Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026.

FanProject respects the privacy of visitors to fanproject.agency and of everyone who contacts us. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, for how long and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulations.

1. Data controller

  • Controller: Rod Enterprises, operating the FanProject brand.
  • Address: Jr. Tauro 895, Lima, Peru.
  • Privacy contact: hola@fanproject.agency, WhatsApp +51 989 662 426 or the form on the Contact page.

2. Data we process

Data you provide in the project form: name, company or brand, email, WhatsApp or phone (optional), the service you need, whether you have a website and its URL, goals, estimated budget, preferred start date and your message.

Visit source data: landing page, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM, gclid or fbclid) included in the link you followed. We use them to understand which channel generated the request.

Technical security data: to prevent automated submissions we temporarily use a hashed version of your IP address; it is not stored with your request.

We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in your message.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to your request and questions.
  • Evaluating your project, scheduling a meeting and, where appropriate, preparing a proposal.
  • Commercial follow-up related to your request.
  • Protecting the website against fraudulent or automated use.
  • Understanding which channels generate requests to improve our marketing.
  • Measuring website usage and campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta, only if you accept those cookies.

We do not use your data for unrelated advertising and we do not sell it. If we ever wish to send you marketing communications, we will ask for specific consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on the consent you give by ticking the form checkbox and to take pre-contractual steps at your request. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Database

Your data is stored in FanProject’s prospective clients database. If registration with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection becomes applicable, we will state it here.

6. Recipients and transfers

Only FanProject staff handling your request and service providers acting as data processors can access your data:

  • Hostinger (website and email hosting), whose servers may be located outside Peru.
  • Google and Meta (measurement and advertising), only if you accept the related cookies.

Where a provider is located outside Peru, an international data transfer takes place; we require adequate levels of protection. We do not share your data with other third parties unless legally required.

7. Retention

We keep request data while a business relationship exists, or for up to 24 months after your last contact if none begins. We then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires longer retention.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) and withdraw consent by writing to hola@fanproject.agency, messaging WhatsApp +51 989 662 426 or using the form on the Contact page, with the subject “Data protection”, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise, and attaching a copy of your ID.

We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to requests, protection against automated submissions and providers with recognized security standards.

10. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Cookies

Information about cookies and browser storage is available in our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
